Information of| |is the body of WILLIAMS was

discovered by police on 08/23/2010 inside a locked sports bag
located in the bathroom of his London apartment. WILLIAMS was
employed by the Government Communications Head Quarters (GCHQ) ,
the United Kingdom equivalent of the National Security Agency
(NSA ) f on assignment to the British Secret Security Service
(SIS ) , or MI-6, the United Kingdom equivalent of the Central

Intelligence Agency (CIA) . A post mortem examination failed to
establish the cause of death.

Approximately two weeks before the discovery of
WILLIAMS body, WILLIAMS traveled to Las Vegas, Nevada, to attends
the Def-Con 18 conference which focuses on technical computer
intrusion techniques. WILLIAMS attended in his professional
capacity and with the knowledge of his employer. Subsequent to
the conference WILLIAMS is believed to have extended his stay in
Las Vegas for approximately one week on vacation, staying at
Ceasars Palace and Trump Las Vegas, and engaging in expenditures
of approximately $2,000 per day.
